Application Performance Characteristics

PU 65 is very hard, tough polyurethane dispersion for wood, metal, textiles and plastics, especially PVC flooring.

PU 65 exhibits superior stain and mar resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance, outstanding abrasion resistance, and superior weather resistance.

Excellent chemical and solvent resistance can be obtained , provided one uses either melamine (XR-9181), polyazirdine (xr-2500), or polycarbodiimide (XR-5580) based type of crosslinkers.

Application by rotogravure, wire bar, dipping, rotary-screen, knife or reverse roller-coater.

Minimum drying temperature:90-120(ºC)
